What data we collect
- Contact form enquiries: name, email address, phone number (optional), enquiry topic and message, plus a record that you consented to us contacting you.
- Essential cookies / local storage: a privacy preference so we can remember whether you have seen and responded to our cookie notice.
- Technical logs: standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type and time of request) may be processed by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and available.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
Why we process your data (lawful bases)
- Contact enquiries: our legitimate interests in responding to sales and support requests, and where required your consent to process the enquiry and contact you.
- Cookie preference: legitimate interests / consent for storing your choice.
- Security and site operation: legitimate interests in running a secure, reliable website.
How we use contact form data
When you submit the contact form, we use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide the services you asked about. We will not sell your personal data.
Who we share data with
Enquiry emails are sent using Mailgun’s EU service (Mailgun Technologies), which processes message delivery on our behalf. Mailgun acts as a processor. We may also share information with other companies in the Yellowcom group where needed to fulfil your request, and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
International transfers
We configure Mailgun for the EU region. If a provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, we expect appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to be in place.
How long we keep data
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 24 months), unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting or ongoing customer relationship reasons.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may have the right to:
- access your personal data
- have inaccurate data corrected
- request erasure or restriction in certain cases
- object to processing based on legitimate interests
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- data portability where applicable
To exercise these rights, email info@clearviewnetworks.co.uk or write to us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Cookies
We use an essential preference stored in your browser (local storage) to remember your cookie notice choice. This is not used for advertising. You can clear site data in your browser at any time.

This website is aimed at businesses and organisations, not children.
